Vision 7.1 causing Internet explorer to crash

Applies to:  Vision version 7.1

A issue has been discovered between Vision 7.1 and the Google toolbar on Internet Explorer versions before 9.  This issue causes the Google toolbar component to crash Internet Explorer, sometimes giving an error, sometimes just closing the browser shortly after you open it.

There are 4 options you can employ to resolve the issue:

Upgrade to Vision 7.2 which addresses this issue.
Upgrade to Internet Explorer 9 (for Vista SP2 machines or newer)
Uninstall the Google Toolbar
Disable the add-on in Internet Explorer called Google toolbar notifier BHO through Internet Explorer’s add-on manager.

Any of these solutions will resolve the issue.
