When you receive a Vision Configuration Verifier was unable to repair Vision error on start-up, the cause is usually that there is a corrupt, missing or ’zero install’ version of Mozilla Firefox showing up in the registry. To address this error message simply install Firefox and then open the browser and navigate to a page other than the default home page.

 

After the above steps, reboot the machine. Vision should no longer give you the error message, and you are welcome to uninstall Firefox if you do not wish to use it.
